After you book a templating time for £0 up front, our seasoned templating team with over 20 years of experience will pay you a visit. Before the templating appointment, we ask you to remove everything from the top of your current worktop or cabinets in order to make the process go by as smoothly as possible.
This process typically takes between 1-to-2 hours during which our templating team will measure the kitchen units, sink, hobs, tap holes and any other features of your kitchen. During the appointment we require your presence on-site to finalise all details and sign off on the template.
Once the laser template is completed, it is prepared for the fabrication of your worktop. After the template, our team will contact you to ensure that everything went smoothly and discuss the next steps with you. We will also inform you of any changes made during the template that may affect the initial quotation and confirm the final price with you before proceeding with production.
Not to worry. If you change your mind about the worktop before the start of fabrication, you will not be liable for the full quoted price.
As a rule, our lead times are around 4 weeks from templating to final installation for all quartz worktops. Depending on material availability in our warehouse and transport schedules, the lead time may be shorter than 4 weeks.
